1. Order Processing Time

Processing Duration: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 5 PM PST will begin processing the next business day. Please note that we do not process orders on weekends or holidays.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will be active within 24 hours.
4. International Shipping

Currently, Crown Laced ships only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
5. Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

We ship to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
6. Damages

Crown Laced is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Retain all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
