Shipping Policy for Crown Laced

1. Order Processing Time

  • Processing Duration: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 5 PM PST will begin processing the next business day. Please note that we do not process orders on weekends or holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping Charges: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and selected shipping method.

  • Delivery Estimates:

    • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-5 business days after order processing.

    • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1-2 business days after order processing.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and actual delivery may vary due to carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will be active within 24 hours.

4. International Shipping

  • Currently, Crown Laced ships only within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

5. Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

  • We ship to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

6. Damages

  • Crown Laced is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Retain all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
